Benny Mendez

Benny Mendez has been a JGB Coach for over 5 years and has coached under James “JG” Guerrero at Summit High School for the past 3 seasons. He has coached a variety of youth sports dating back to 2003 and has had the privilege to coach a wide array of talented young athletes. His business background goes back to him being the VP of Operations for a local construction management firm and he heads several successful businesses that he started back in 2007. He is also a proud and decorated Sergeant of Marines and served with 1st Battalion 7th Marines from 1995-2000. Make no mistake, Coach Benny is a discipline first leader but has a passion to develop his athletes under the guidance of Coach JG!
